Sara received her MA in counseling at the University of South Dakota, and her BA in Psychology at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She has experience working with families, children ages 2 and up, and adolescents. Sara has over 14 years of experience working with crisis management, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum disorders, Personality disorders, Adjustment and Attachment issues, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art/Play therapy, and skill building techniques. She uses a Family Systems approach overall, and incorporates other therapeutic approaches as needed, including Solution-focused, DBT, and Art/Play therapy.

Nicole received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Liberty University. She received her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Bethel University, and is passionate about working with children, adolescents, couples and families. Nicole became a therapist to help individuals identify and cope more effectively with problems in daily living and to deal with internal conflicts in order to achieve more satisfying personal and interpersonal relationships. Nicole is being supervised for independent licensure by Jill D Boike, MSW, LICSW.
Jill Boike, MSW, LICSWClinical Director
Jill has been practicing in the mental health field for over 15 years. She received her MSW from Augsburg College and the University Of Bristol, UK. Her experience includes: providing CTSS services, outpatient clinical services and supervision. Jill’s approach in therapy includes a client centered focus with structural and systemic models. Her special interests include: adoption, attachment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), grief & loss, multicultural competency, art/play therapy, and international policy/practice. Jill is a board approved supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Social Work (all licensures) and Behavioral Health (LPC/LPCC).
