Sara O., MA
Sara received her MA in counseling at the University of South Dakota, and her BA in Psychology at Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She has experience working with families, children ages 2 and up, and adolescents. Sara has over 14 years of experience working with crisis management, anxiety, depression, Autism Spectrum disorders, Personality disorders, Adjustment and Attachment issues, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Art/Play therapy, and skill building techniques. She uses a Family Systems approach overall, and incorporates other therapeutic approaches as needed, including Solution-focused, DBT, and Art/Play therapy.
Janell J., MA
Janell received her Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University. She has 7 years of experience in the mental health field, and has worked with adults with severe and persistent mental illness, parenting issues, anxiety, and depression. She has also worked with children and families providing in-home therapeutic services, including work around autism, behavioral issues, and trauma. Janell appreciates and values using Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) with adolescents.
Jill Boike, MSW, LICSWClinical Director
Jill has been practicing in the mental health field for over 15 years. She received her MSW from Augsburg College and the University Of Bristol, UK. Her experience includes: providing CTSS services, outpatient clinical services and supervision. Jill’s approach in therapy includes a client centered focus with structural and systemic models. Her special interests include: adoption, attachment, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), grief & loss, multicultural competency, art/play therapy, and international policy/practice. Jill is a board approved supervisor for the Minnesota Board of Social Work (all licensures) and Behavioral Health (LPC/LPCC).
